The exhibition Somewhere Under The Rainbow is a group exhibition with artists Josefine Struckmann, Nicky Sparre-Ulrich and Sabine Kongsted.
Inspired by the classic musical film The Wizard of Oz, the exhibition explores themes of power and manipulation. Through sculpture, painting, video, and performance, the artists comment on the present digital media landscape, where image manipulation and hidden agendas shape societal narratives.

Josefine Struckmann
Is a performance artist, visual artist and musician who graduated from the Funen Art Academy in 2014. She works across multiple disciplines and media, including sound, video, sculpture, performance, and song. Her work often revolves around existential themes such as esotericism, personal belief, fantasy, altered states of consciousness, and spirituality, which she conveys through a naive, poetic and humorous expression. Struckmann will present a new musical performance at the exhibition opening.Nicky Sparre-Ulrich
(* 1986) lives and works in Copenhagen. His practice explores the potential of materials and pushes the boundaries of traditional painting while engaging with themes of alienation and distorted realities. Drawing on personal experiences, his work questions societal structures and norms. Sparre-Ulrich graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2017 and studied at UDK Berlin in 2015. Alongside his artistic practice, he also works as a curator and is the founder of the artist-run platform Sans Souci.Sabine Kongsted
Is a sculptor and designer. Her work exists in the interplay between an abstract modernist language and a poetic figurative language. It is situated in the tension and intersection between a constructivist and an existential approach. She is drawn to people and their diverse personalities and is interested in the spaces we inhabit and construct. Kongsted graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and has since worked as an artist and designer in Copenhagen and Lisbon.
